Maine & Maritimes Corporation is a holding company incorporated in the State of Maine, and is the parent company for all business segments.  MAM maintains investments in a regulated electric transmission and distribution utility and an unregulated utility services company, both operating within the State of Maine.  Corporate headquarters are located in Presque Isle, Maine, and the corporate website is www.maineandmaritimes.com.
